"What if AI isn’t just a tool — but a teammate in your workflow?" That’s the question that reshaped my entire perspective during the AI + UX Design Workshop by Microsoft. Led by Rohan Mishra, the session wasn’t about throwing tools at problems it was about rethinking how we design our time. One key insight hit hard: 💡 “First build your workflow. Then let AI make it faster, smarter, scalable.” As a curious beginner stepping into the AI x Design space, here’s what I explored: 🔹 The 3 S’s that matter more than ever: Skill, Strategy, Scalability 🔹 Real ways AI is disrupting industries — not just hypotheticals 🔹 Power tools like Perplexity AI, Uizard, and Notion AI 🔹 How prompt writing is the new superpower for creative productivity 🔹 And the shift from being a tool user to becoming a system thinker One of the most impactful parts? Designing our own personal workflows — and then supercharging them with AI integrations. It’s not just about working faster; it’s about working smarter. Massive thanks to Rohan Mishra for making complex ideas feel actionable and clear. You made us rethink our approach from the ground up. Shoutout to the powerhouse UXD Talks team — Parul Bhargava, Atul Kumar, Shubham Misal, Sujeet Kumar, Pooja Kumari, Akash Singh, and Shlok K Nikhil — for curating such a sharp, high-impact event. Grateful to Reskilll, Rohit Sardana, and the Microsoft Azure Developer Community for enabling learning that actually shifts mindsets. #AIUX #UXDesign #AIProductivity #Uizard #PerplexityAI #NotionAI #FutureOfWork #Microsoft #Reskilll #SystemDesign #SmartWorkflows #UXDTalks

𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗭𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: 𝗔 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 Reordering essentials should feel natural. Most of us buy the same items again and again, yet the search journey often slows us down. Typing, scrolling, navigating, and facing out of stock dead ends create friction that breaks momentum. For this concept case study, I explored how Zepto could simplify early steps and turn repeat purchasing into a smooth, habit-forming flow. 𝟭. 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 A simple lift, drag, and drop interaction that lets users add or increase quantity without losing rhythm. This reduced time per item and improved repeat purchase velocity. 𝟮. 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Search predicts what users may need based on time of day. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner. This helped users reach their first item faster. 𝟯. 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗽 Unavailable items auto replace with relevant alternatives based on user habits. This kept users in the journey and lowered drop offs while improving trust in recommendations. The goal was clear. Reduce early effort, keep users moving, and create a faster, more intuitive way to reorder essentials.
